On Tuesday, 25 May international IT professionals and Amsterdam’s top creative talent got together for An Amsterdam PICNIC @ WCIT 2010. Wow. Project Dream School kicked off and it was truly amazing having that many beautiful minds available to think along. We met at a beautiful place, De Havixhorst chateauhotel and restaurant located on the countryside of Meppel. And it the weather was just perfect, the most beautiful day of the year so far.
A story
I once was invited to give a talk about technology and its impact on younger people. More importantly, its impact on society in the north of the Netherlands, where I live. Focused on how we can use that technology also to stop migration from villages to cities, keep young people in small communities, 
We had a great session with the LEMZ team to create the perfect PICNIC 2010. They prepared really really well, brought lots and lots of inspiration and fresh insights to the table, pure delight. Thanks guys!
Since November, I’ve been working on the Randstad Internet Strategy in a team with Roel van den Berg, Ellen Zwienink and a great energetic team at Randstad. A true roller coaster ride, with long days and nights. With a main role for the internet, facilitating us ways to work

Organized a project development day today. I’m involved in two product developments trajectories. And because of the overlap, I simply added them up, make the connection and invited some great people to challenge, amplify and add ideas.
