Today I was a speaker at Design Mind Salon together with Tjeerd Hoek of frog design and Bill Buxton from Microsoft. It was planned earlier, but some volcano ash got in the way, so Bill couldn’t make it. I had a great time and some great talks. Thanks!

This edition we strived to make PICNIC into a village. No, we didn’t change from city to a village because PICNIC has become smaller. Not at all. We changed to a village because we really strive to have people meet each other so they can exchange, what will lead to new beautiful projects and ideas.

Jansen is out with the Hoek family, and I took the bus from Kirkland to Seattle and got out at the first stop in downtown. Decided to explore by foot. Always enjoy walking through
