I was watching some TED Talks in the train, again looking for some fresh insights and, because I’m way behind (56 talks…) in watching them so I random picked one in iTunes: TEDTalks : Bertrand Piccard’s solar-powered adventure – Bertrand Piccard (2009). What an incredible story. A balloon as a metaphor for life. Made me also think about Itay Talgam’s story, using a conductor and orchestra as a analogy for leadership. Two beautiful inspirational stories that can be helpful for changing directions!
