For Mastermundo 2008 I created a truly non-communication poster. Because we could. We only had 100 people participating, while we had requests for over 400. So we didn’t need a poster to get people to join. So I tried to beforehand visualize the kaleidoscopic experience, which I hoped people would have during the day. It’s a megamix of earlier work, student work, found work, google search results with a layer of some functional information. To add some smartness, intwas possible to cut in in half, or a quarter while maintaining the basic functional information. It was printed in 5 colors; the CMY were replaced with fluorescent inks with gold as a fifth color. Beautifully printed by Zwaan.
