Today was another day at the PICNIC office. I’ve set my weekly fixed focussed PICNIC day on Thursday, starting next week since past weeks Thursdays were rather impossible due to other projects. A lot is happening, there will be a lot of new things. What is also nice, is working with a nice group of enthusiastic passionate people as a team to build on a great event. By now, I almost have sponged in the past of PICNIC and met a lot of the partners who help making PICNIC happen.

I’m looking forward to see things come alive creatively. I’ve asked Alrik Koudenburg to join to help with the spatial experience. Mark Rooker, also responsible for last years’ campaign and design will also do that for this fifth edition. Maarten and Derk from Stripped event managers will make sure all dreams we have now will be realized in September.

At the Once upon a Picnic page, a lot of ideas have been shared already. Thank you for that. And thanks Thomas for building it. More soon!
