Everybody who has been camping knows the problem. When you need to go to the loo, you have to bring your own toiletpaper. As a woman, no worries, because women always take toiletpaper. Or a bag, with you don’t know what in it. But as a guy… Everybody knows what you are up to.
So, you enter the toilet. Everything is soaking wet, muddy, sticky… So where do you put your toiletpaper if you need both hands?
That’s what To-the-Loo is for. For when all possible things go wrong. And you don’t want to wipe your bum with wet, sandy paper, do you?
To-the-loo is the classic seventies looking door handle by Hewi with a minor, but important alteration: the tip of the end of the handle is pointed upwards. So you can put your toiletpaper over it and it won’t fall off, even when someone else needs to go and tries to open the door from the other side.
So, what would that look like?
Thank you Marcel Jansen of WAACS for making the 3d impressions.
So, one problem solved. Crispy clean paper. Your own, even better. But, while it might rain, you can of course put your paper under your rain jacket so then it is already camouflaged, but what to do when it’s a beautifull sunny day?
I think the To-the-Loo solution needs to be enriched with a collection of accessories for when you go to the loo. A nice little bag to hold your paper, a raincoat, etc. Maybe even from Louis Vuitton (Loo Vuitton?) to impress your fellow campers.
